Fees & Packages

Please reach out if you are interested in having me as your postpartum doula, but are afraid you may not be able to afford it. I’m willing to discuss an income-based sliding scale option, scholarships, barter, payment plans, etc.

In an effort to help combat major healthcare disparities, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ families receive an 8% discount on any of my doula packages.

    • Free initial phone consultation

    • 2 prenatal planning visits (totaling 3 hours) that will leave you feeling comfortable in beginning your parenthood journey. These planning visits will also include breast/chestfeeding education and planning. These visits can be done virtually, as well!

    • Unlimited access to my carefully cultivated resource library

    $175.00*

  • This visit(s) is to help you with your feeding/lactation goals (however this looks for you). We can work towards those goals in many ways, some of which are by:

    • Assessing and creating a plan of care for uncomplicated breast/chestfeeding issues (latch, positioning, pumping, back-to-work, etc.)

    • Assessing effective feeding and milk transfer in uncomplicated breast/chestfeeding situations

    • Providing anticipatory guidance

    • Assisting with bottle feeding

    • Problem solving breast/chestfeeding issues

    • Instructing parents of preterm or late preterm infants in establishing and maintaining a human milk supply

    • Counseling for employed breastfeeding mothers/parents regarding selection of a breast pump and maintaining milk supply and breastmilk storage

    $50/hour

    Please note:

    I can troubleshoot and assist with uncomplicated breast/chest/feeding issues. However, if it appears to be beyond my scope as a certified breastfeeding specialist, I will refer you to an IBCLC, or the appropriate provider(s).

    It's also important to note that most insurances will pay for lactation support from an IBCLC (which I am not; I am unable to bill insurance).

    This option can be a helpful option if you don't have insurance.

    I do include unlimited breast/chestfeeding support in my postpartum doula packages (it does not need to be purchased separately).

    • One 2 hour planning/education session

    • Education will be individualized according to your personal lactation plans/goals

    • 2 postpartum visits for the fourth trimester (3 hours each), catered to your needs, to make sure you're landing on your feet. See my services for what these visits might look like.

    • Unlimited text support from start to the end of the fourth trimester

    • Unlimited breast/chestfeeding support within my scope as a certified breastfeeding specialist

    • 1 prenatal planning visits (totaling 1.5 hours) that will leave you feeling comfortable in beginning your parenthood journey. These planning visits will also include breast/chestfeeding education and planning.

    • Postpartum visits, as needed. These visits occur during the fourth trimester and are a minimum of 3 hours/visit, catered to your needs. See my services for what these visits might look like.

      *This package includes 36 hours divided however works for your family, minimum of three hours/visit.
